First things first    People Over Thirty….

• We are in a World where we expect to live longer and longer (life expectancy at birth has increased by 20 years since 1950) and with a reduction in birth rates we are in an ageing population.

• In the UK there are currently around 35 million POTATOs. That accounts for 2/3rds of the population and a far greater share of wealth

• There are 175 million POTATOs in the United States – 58% of the population

•  Australia boasts 12.5 million POTATOs out of a 20.6 million (60%)

•  21.5 million out of the 33 million Canadians are over 30 years old (64%)

•  62% or 39 out of 63 million people in France are over 30

• And in all these countries, plus the rest of Europe, forecasts show that the population will continue to get older throughout the first half of the 21^st Century and beyond.

So we know it’s a massive market, but what about  
….. Acting Twenty One

• Nostalgia is a powerful thing that is for sure. All of us look back in time – to our childhood days, our years at school and of course the time when everything changed - irrespective of our individual situation at the time at 21 we were no longer young.

• At 21 we left behind carefree adolescence and were given a Key Of The Door to a room marked responsibility, commitment and of course - getting old.

• Just quote the acronym POTATO to anyone and I promise they’ll say either “that’s great” or if they qualify by age “yes that’s me!”

• We are keen to build the POTATO ACADEMY concept throughout all key sectors, including

• Gifts

• Party Products and Events

• Publishing – Music / Books

• Broadcasting

• Events

• Greetings Cards in other countries

CARD PUBLISHERS

Over the years POTATO ACADEMY has built a core competency in selling, marketing and distributing greeting cards. If you are an existing or aspiring card publisher and want to obtain more exposure and income from your card ranges, or an International publisher looking for a route into the UK market then we may well be able to achieve this for you.

We are looking for new ranges to add to our portfolio through either a licensing or distribution arrangement - we are open to any agreement that would be mutually beneficial.

Please be aware that we are on looking for ranges that we believe are unique to the market and that complement our existing portfolio.
